Tim Silvester

In 2013 I started Get Coached as a platform for my Personal Training business based in the West of Scotland.

With over 30 years spent within the Health & Fitness industry as a gym instructor, gym manager, strength & conditioning coach, and personal trainer you can see there is a wealth of experience and knowledge here.

I wanted to help more people live healthy and active lives and with that in mind I developed The HIIT Works, an online subscription site with exclusive content for its members including educational blog posts, workouts, programme plans and lifestyle support.

A family man who loves to spend time with my wife and daughter, eating out and reading up on the latest health & fitness topics, I also like a bit of Sci-Fi too.
